You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Timelines: We offer the following shipping options to cater to your preferences and needs:

  • Standard Shipping: This method usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
  • Expedited Shipping: If you're in a hurry to receive your order, expedited shipping is available, which typically takes 2-4 business days for delivery.

International delivery depends on the country it is shipping to. 

Please note that shipping times may vary based on factors such as your location, local customs processes, and unforeseen delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Australia/NZ

Standard postage is $10

Express postage $15

Free postage over $120

International

Standard International postage $20

Express International postage $35

Free postage over $250

5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track the status of your package. Please allow a short period for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages: In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to rectify the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
