Coconut Rough is a candy store classic that is everyone’s childhood favourite, so we decided to bring it back with a healthy twist. The genius combination of coconut and chocolate is undeniably a match made in heaven, so how could we possibly improve such an iconic recipe? Let’s state the obvious; our Coconut Rough Clean Treat Mixes are:

SUGGESTED USE

You Will Need

• 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil

• 4 Tbsp. Rice Malt Syrup

 Directions

1. Add Coconut Rough bag contents to a bowl and microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring until cacao butter is completely melted. Alternatively, melt in a saucepan on the stove, stirring continually.
2. Add the wet ingredients to the melted mixture and stir well.
3. Press mixture to a lined slice tray.
4. Allow to set in the fridge, for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight) and then slice.
5. Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy (in moderation).
